1.Q: Can you guaranty that my product design will be exclusive and sufficiently protected if I send it to you?How to guaranty?

A: If you feel uncomfortable about protection of your idea, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send us any data. It is our primary policy to keep secret for our customers.We would not disclose any information regarding your product or you company to the third party without the customer’s authorization.


2.Q:What about the size scope of molds you can make?

A:The Max. molds we ever made reach to length 2 meters,width 1meters,and 13 tons in weight


3.Q:Which country is your main customers in?

A:Our marketing have extended into Italy,U.K, Ukraine,Brazil, Ecuador..Jordan, Saudi Arabia,India.ect.


4.Q:What kind of plasitc material’s characteristic are you familiar with?

A:We have rich experience in molding product with different engineering plastic material, such as: ABS,PP,, HIPS ,PC,POM,PA6,PA66,PA6+GF,HIPS, PBT,PBT+GF,TPE,PVC ,etc.

6.Q:How to pack and ship the molds?

A:When the mold have been completed, we will paint antirust inside, pack the mold with plastic films and foam, and put it into a disinfected wooden box. Attached accessories: 1. Necessary Mold Operation specification; 2. Related electrode for mold future repair; 3.Eyebolts for mould lift, 4. Material COC, 5.Mold locking sets and other necessary spare parts


7. Q:What do you need to make a quotation?

A: To make a quotation, which will be adequate and sufficiently competitive, we need 3 things:

1) Product drawing or 3D model data file or product sample. If none of these are available, we need at least an ordinary sketch with the most dimension on it .

2)What Kind of plastic resin you are going to use in manufacturing or an idea of the durability of the product (what the product is or does).

3)Estimated quantity of the product needed in a period of time (i.e. one month) and the idea of how many products in total you are going to make (estimated total sales).
